Cancellation Policy

Service Policies | Natália Higashi To ensure the best possible service and the smooth running of the schedule, we ask that you pay attention to the guidelines below: Delays • If you are 10 to 15 minutes late, the time will be deducted from your session. Example: a 60-minute massage will be reduced to 50 minutes if you are 10 minutes late. • Punctuality is essential for you to make the most of your experience. Cancellations and Rescheduling • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 3 days in advance. • Cancellations made less than 3 days in advance will incur a fine of ¥2,500. • For procedures with 2 or more sessions, a fine of 40% of the total amount will apply in the event of cancellations made less than 3 days in advance. • Clients who make 3 consecutive last-minute cancellations will not be able to schedule new appointments. • Package sessions cancelled less than 3 days in advance will be considered as completed. Package Rules • Packages are non-transferable and are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. • After this period, they automatically expire. • Advance payment is required to validate the package. • The session lasts 60 minutes, and the time will be adjusted in case of delays, as described above.
